Programs and Classes

  • Cancellation by participant 14 or more days before the start date:
    Full refund, minus processing fees.

  • Cancellation by participant fewer than 14 days before the start date:
    50% refund, unless the spot is filled by another participant from the waitlist (in which case a full refund minus processing fees will be issued).

  • Cancellation by Qalam:
    Full refund.

  • No-show without notice:
    No refund.

Ticketed Events

  • Cancellation by attendee 7 or more days before the event:
    Full refund, minus processing fees.

  • Cancellation by attendee fewer than 7 days before the event:
    No refund, unless due to a documented emergency.

  • Event canceled by Qalam:
    Full refund.
